REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All Sale item purchases are final.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale items are not returnable.
Additional non-returnable/non-refundable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products and/or Online Training Courses
Professional equipment that has been opened, altered, or used in any way.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned and/or refunded. Sale items cannot be returned and/or refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at book@cfpacc.com
Shipping returns
To return your product, you must first acquire an RMA by contacting us at book@cfpacc.com. Instructions for returns will be given once and RMA is issued. Under no circumstances should you mail any products back without an RMA being issued for the return and/or refund or exchange. No refund and/or return or exchange shall be accepted without prior RMA and will result in shipment being rejected and returned to sender at your own expense.
You MUST also send email notification including the tracking number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you must use a trackable shipping service as well as purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any item not received and untraceable will be deemed unreturned.
SHIPPING POLICY
Device purchases include priority shipping. Express and overnight shipping are available for upgrade fee.
ADVISORY : Due to Extreme Weather Conditions and Holiday Season, All Shipping Carriers are Reporting Severe Disruptions. Please Expect Delays in Shipments for the Next 2-3 Weeks. This Includes Priority and Express Shipping Options From All Shipping Carriers.
IMPORTANT – ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The shipping charges that are automatically added to your bill by our shopping cart and reflected on your invoice are only for the actual shipment of the merchandise and goods into your country. Each country imposes its own "Import Duty (Duties)," "Value-Added Tax (VAT)," as well as possible Brokerage fees. You may wish to contact your local Post Office, UPS/FedEx/DHL office, and/or Customs office to determine the exact amount of these fees. Also, please be aware that in some countries, both the Post Office and UPS/FedEx/DHL require customers to pay in cash upon delivery. Obviously, we cannot assume responsibility for these additional fees that may be incurred in your country; therefore, these fees are your responsibility. Please note that your Post Office/UPS/FedEx/DHL will typically only make three delivery attempts and will not leave your parcel without payment. You must ship the item to a location in which you will be available to receive it and pay any applicable fees.
International shipments have a longer transit time than domestic shipments. Due to customs in your country, additional shipping and delivery time may be necessary.
Warning!
Duties and taxes will be charged along with any Post Office/UPS/FedEx/DHL surcharges at the time of delivery. If you refuse to pay the fees required to accept your parcel from your Post Office/UPS/FedEx/DHL, we will not refund your order. If you refuse to accept your parcel from your Post Office/UPS/FedEx/DHL, it will NOT be returned to Center for Permanent Makeup and Corrective Cosmetics (CFPACC) (cfpacc.com, courses.cfpacc.com) and may be abandoned.
Please Note: Center for Permanent Makeup and Corrective Cosmetics (CFPACC) (cfpacc.com, courses.cfpacc.com) reserves the right to use any other third-party shipping service other then the Post Office and/or UPS/FedEx/DHL at its own discretion. The same policies that are in place for the Post Office and/or UPS/FedEx/DHL, apply to any and all third-party shipping companies as well.
